One sure way to bring down Pres. Obama's approval is to inject RACE |
|
Edited on Wed May-11-11 02:22 PM by FrenchieCat
into the conversation. Anytime this President is doing well, in some way, the Media (The GOP's Biotch) finds a way to inject a racial controversy into the mix.
It worked to some degree when Michelle's words of her pride in her country were twisted, and it worked fairly well (but not well enough) with the Rev. Wright controversy (it forced the Prez to have to make a speech...and those commercials of he and the Rev were used right up to election day), and who can forget the Professor Gates incident early in the Obama presidency?
They introduced some more of that with questions of Pres. Obama's birth certificate, and were heading toward the issue of his grades and Harvard admission, when they were sideswiped by his ridding us of Bin Laden.
It is evident to many of us that this newly found controversy about Rap artists being invited to the White House, is just more of that. It is also why although many Americans don't have jobs, or a lot of other things, this is what FOX (shortly followed by its Biotches...CNN and MSNBC) is spending so much time on this.
Considering that Pres. Obama has just killed the top terrorist in the world, something Bush couldn't do, it is high time once more to remind the nation that this man is not just a regular President.
The media will do this for the GOP, and that is why we all need to understand at all times that the media ain't here for the betterment of this country....and so they will act accordingly.
If they couldn't get the death photos, then this bullshit will have to do. It's called Payback.

2. Excellent observation. America needs to be reminded that, at the end of the day...Wait for it... |

Shhhh.... He's still B-L-A-C-K! He could save the world singlehandedly, but he still has one affliction that can be used to knock him down a peg or two. He's still B-L-A-C-K! Pass it on.

6. Wrong. Obama did not Trump up the "Obama is a Kenyan/Muslim" issue- lying racists (R) did that. |

Get it straight- when a black man tells the truth about his birth and your guys lie about it- it's not the black guy who made race an issue.
Just b/c someone counters your racist lies with truth does not mean they are the ones "injecting race."

7. Glad to see you took my suggestion of learning about |
|
"projection." Using it correctly, though, will take practice.
Next, learn what a "strawman" is--or more accurately, who it is not.
Wonder if you can do all this before your next banning?

9. Yes. When he gets too popular, remind them he's a "scary black man" |
|
To divert attention away from the hypocrisy of the GOP coddling their bona-fide racists.
Disgusting.

10. Absolutely correct. No better way to bring his numbers down than |
|
To inject scary black violent propaganda into the public discourse.
They are truly vile.

11. It's nothing more than a distraction |
|
Republicans specialize in distracting from the real issues that matter because their agenda would be rejected by the American people and they know it.
Expect more of this until election day in 2012. They're just getting warmed up. If you thought the Rev. Wright distraction was bad, you ain't seen nothin' yet!
