The people I work with were nervous about the impending government shutdown last spring.

6 weeks later, we're in the next crisis with the debt ceiling limit.

And in 6 weeks we'll have the 2012 budget crisis--because these batpoop insane people aren't going to operate with continuing resolutions like the last crop of merely insane people.

Of course, the People's Budget won't even get looked at--after all, it was put together by rational people, not the heartless or insane. And the country will continue to lurch from crisis to crisis to crisis to crisis to...

Please, if you haven't, read the "Shock Doctrine" already.

1. The people's budget NEVER had a chance when the American people put Teahadists in the House.

Now these Teabaggers have the majority and are holding America hostage. Well, it was the American people who did this. The American people who considered themselves duped (when any background check would have brought some info to light), Americans--particularly Dems and Indies who vote ONLY during GE's, and citizens who say fuck voting because they're jaded. I have a particular dislike for the latter. In the end...they have control and are set up to fuck our country up.

These people didn't hijack the government on their own. Obama didn't cause the hijack of the government. This is based on two things. The idiots who bought the Republican/Teabagger lies, who then voted into place Teahadists.

2. I'd like to narrow it down further.

The Seventh District of Virginia from Culpepper to Richmond did this. They voted Eric Cantor as their representative and let loose a fury on the rest of the country.

3. Way to ignore the argument and attempt one piece of it

The next crisis will be the 2012 budget.

The People's Budget COULD be that proposal IF AND ONLY IF Obama explains it to the American People and then presents it as His own.

Of course, I doubt he will--unless we try to force it.

Do you want a balanced budget that helps actual people? Or do you want endless wars and deficits that only help 2% of the people. You will be known by your actions, to paraphrase Jesus.
