WE NEED TO ACT FAST. We need to shape this supercongress!!

After looking up some information on how this super congress is going to be formed.. we really need to do a few things:

Those of us with Democrat representatives, we NEED to contact them, and pick the most liberal/progressives to throw our support behind to ensure tha the 3x Democrat Representatives are SOLID Democrats!!!

Same goes for those of us with Democrat Representatives.

For those of us stuck in Red places, we need to develop a plan that will get just 1 or 2 flexible or swing-vote republicans (like maybe Snowe with the Senate)

Everyone is busting on Obama, and the Democrats on our side, and everyone is busting on bonner and his cronies who are on the conservative side of the isle.. NO ONE Is happy with this deal, because it really resolves nothing and has the potential to swing both ways heavy cuts/ or reasonable tax increases. What will determine this is the super congress. We really need to contact our reps and senators and start busting our asses to swing the numbers our way... 6 solid Dems and at least 1 or 2 limping gazelle republicans, and this could be the greatest thing ever.. and most important.. hell this is probably more important now than even the next presidential election!

If just one or 2 blue-dogs get selected, and the pukes get 6 solid non-negotiators, then all of the doom and gloom posts are 100% correct, this will be the shittiest dealever.. We MUST not let that happen!!!

It's beyond phone calls and E-mails. Obviously.

2. i believe it's for show. it won't work, trigger is pulled. both sides can say they fought the good

fight for their sacred cows.

It's just like base closings. It washes their hands of something painful that one would think leaders would be able to do, but this is Congress' out.
