You know how Sasha and Malia used to misbehave and you had no choice but to pull out the "stern father" routine? This is one of those times. Call Congress back and read them the riot act. Tell Congress that they're going to actually get some work done for achange: an infrastructure bank and an extension of unemployment benefits would be a good start. Oh, and taxes on the rich would help too. When they whine about you treating them like kids, just tell them to stop acting like kids. Time for them to eat their peas. We got your back.
