3. Still worth making the effort
The entire planet kind of depends upon getting people to listen. I'd be hard pressed to think of a matter of greater importance.

26. So now you use each other's opinions as "fact" on which to base more bashing?

6. Too bad there's no money for water projects to help those
poor state's out, but that we can't have infrastructure AND wars AND tax cuts, so the least essential of those things will have to go <sarcasm>. At least we know know that conservatives won't mind sacrificing benefits that would amount to socialism anyway.

that you can't teach GOP pigs how to sing. It's a waste of time and annoys the pigs.

Let the fuckin' GOP porkers bake and fry.

(which coincidentally runs pretty much continuously between elections).

13. because it's just as disingenuous as the RWers screaming "Global Warming is BS"
EVERY goddamned time there is an extended cold snap in the winter...

Any time is a good time to discuss climate change and our environmental impact...But when both sides drag out the debate only when the nation is conveniently experiencing a weather extreme, then the issue gets cheapened at little, imo...And the subconscious message to the public is "There's nothing to worry about since the other 300 days a year are perfectly within historic norms"...

...the idea is just as silly as the deniers saying a cold snap is proof that GW doesn't exist.

25. Because one President can't be the champion for every single important cause?
Its not like he hasn't ever talked about global warming on countless occassions anyway. I even recall him using a State of the Union address to blast the deniers. But whether one agrees with his economic stances and compromises as of late, the fact is, he has been wrapped up in the immediate economic problems and there are good reasons for that.

Did you forget that there are 535 members of Congress? Does this president have to do everything? Does the rest of party get a free pass from the Blame Obama First crowd?

29. Dumbest post, ever.
But a GREAT example of how no matter what Obama is focused on at a particular moment, some part of the left with claim there is something ELSE that should be his main focus.

Nice job.
