Rick Perry refuses to take Federal money Texans hunters

spent on duck stamp. The duck hunters paid the money which help in state conservation programs but Perry won't take the money and put it back into the state's economy because it comes from the Federal government. Another example of his ultra right wing policies.

E-mail asking for our help in changing his itty bitty brain:
"Each year when we purchase Duck Stamps, the money goes into a fund in Washington, D.C. The funds can be distributed to the states if accepted by the Governor. The funds may be used to purchase migratory waterfowl habitat in that state. No tax dollars are involved and this could amount to five million dollars for Texas. We have already paid the money in fees.
