Why Bother Asking Debate Questions |
|
Edited on Tue Oct-11-11 07:11 PM by peaches2003
Debate just starts and the first question goes to Cain and then Perry. Question was how do you break the gridlock in DC and get them working together again? Cain says 9-9-9 and Perry says my energy independence plan. Hell, why not let them just talk and forget questions. They have their plan on what they are going to say and damn the questions! Sick of it!
EDIT: Sorry. Hit post one time and it posted twice.

1. Debates ARE pretty phony anymore |

and, frankly, the entire election process has gotten drug so far out that it's ridiculous. I'm in total agreement with Michael Moore when he says that we should have 4 months of regional primaries and two months for the general election. Like he said, if that's not enough time to get to know the candidates then we've got bigger problems. Election reform in this country is SORELY needed and it's not just limited to ensuring that everybody 18+ is able to vote in the first place.
