Herman Cain - We Can't Let China Become A Nuclear Power...
Thanks to the Shanghaist blog for pointing out Herman Cain’s interview with Judy Woodruff on Halloween where he says that China is trying to development its nuclear capability.

China is already a nuclear power. It has enriched uranium for the use in nuclear power plants. It has at least two nuclear submarines, and they may (or may not) be armed with nuclear missiles, says global security firm NTI.

From the Shanghaist:

Herman Cain is apparently unaware that China conducted its first test of a nuclear device on October 16th… 1964. Though China is estimated to have around 400 nuclear weapons stockpiled, including around 20 intercontinental ballistic missiles capable of targeting the United States, they’re a ratifier of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty as one of the five ‘nuclear weapons states’ which also obviously includes the United States

7. No, he's afraid that Russia's going to go Communist.
He's thinking about sending in some soldiers to help Czar Nicolas II fight them if he's elected president.

15. I guess I'll vote for Cain now . . . Cain/Peabody in 2012!!
Why?

Because he's going to create jobs by committing, JFK style, to building a time machine by the end of this decade so that an American time traveler (Mr. Peabody, perhaps?) can go back in time to 1964 and prevent China from becoming a nuclear power.

Sounds like a plan, doesn't it?

Cain/Peabody in 2012!!
