Another "Key" in Allan Lichtman's "Keys to the White House" for Obama 2012?

One of the keys is if the president has a major foreign policy victory on his watch. Lichtman once hinted that a capture or killing of OBL would count as a key in favor of the incumbent.

Obama also could regain his charisma or achieve a foreign policy triumph such as capturing Osama bin Laden.
