I suspect he's setting things up though because he keeps saying "Obama alone knew such and such...

He's being way too respectful of Obama. Of course he's also trotting out the theme that Obama continued what Bush started. Except thatsomebody should call him up and tell him that Bush abandoned the search for Bin Laden.

He's getting trouble right now from his callers. LOL They say they watched Obama's speech and he didn't seem to be taking credit like Limbaugh is pretending. LOL

I get the sarcasm now. Limbaugh can't say nothing bad so he's trying to say that Obama is taking credit like he did the whole operation himself.

17. I remember clearly, he used this ploy in 1992

At one point just before the 1992 election, he came on with a depressed-sounding voice, and said he wasn't going to say anything against Bill Clinton anymore, since it looked inevitable that Clinton would sweep the election. He sounded as sincere as I've ever heard him.

Well, calls came pouring in: "Rush! Rush! What are you doing? This isn't like you! We can beat the Democrats! We really can!" His listeners were whipped into a frenzy. He continued to play along for a while, and it wasn't until near the end of the show that his callers "convinced" him to keep up the fight.

Just listen and see if that doesn't repeat again today.
