Wisconsin - Fight Back. Become a Voter Registrar. |
|
Scott Walker and his storm troopers have begun the war against voting. They know that most new voters vote Democratic.
You can fight back by becoming a Special Registration Deputy with the authority to register new voters on a state-wide basis.
Per my information, in Wisconsin state training for Special Registration Deputies (SRDs) was suspended until after the May Special Elections. The SRD program will be revisited in mid-May and training may be scheduled depending on Board staff work priorities at that time.
To sign up for becoming a Special Registration Deputy, call Allison Coakley, Training Coordinator, Elections Division, Wisconsin Government Accountability Board: allison.coakley@wi.gov or (608) 261-2033.

2. The recall efforts against the Republicans are over |
|
They came up short with signatures for Glenn Grothman (slobs) and Mary Lazich, but filed against the other six.
The only outstanding recall effort is against Julie Lassa (D) and we don't want her gone.

8. Walker's will come in November |
|
He has to be in office for a year before the papers can be filed. On November 3 they can start collecting signatures to be turned in on January 3.
I just came off a recall in Wisconsin (Robert Cowles) and am now back home. I would like to head back to Wisconsin after the general election here and hopefully help you guys out by recalling Walker and electing Feingold as your next governor.
I have a similar governor to Walker myself (Christie) and I only wish the Democrats here would rise up the way they did in Wisconsin.

7. I can't understand how these laws don't conflict with |
|
Federal voting rights. Maybe it's time to expand the Voting Rights Act that keeps the south in line to all the states.
