After Obama released his birth certificate, many people were repulsed by the racism of the teabaggers. They felt that Obama responded because he had been hounded enough. They did not blame him for caving, but blamed the teabaggers for being racist asshats.

I doubt with all the violent images on tv and movies and video games anyone will actually be repulsed.

Some people still are upset by such things. There were people who did not like it that the pictures of Saddam's dead sons were made public. Some thought it was disrespectful, some thought it was too graphic.

With me, it varies. It depends on the situation.

Other people may be repulsed not by the images, but by the insistence of the wingers. If they keep it up until the photos are actually released, people may blame them for their kicking and screaming, just like they blamed the birthers.
