David Koch: I Don't Think Obama 'Contributed Much At All' To Bin Laden Killing

Billionaire Republican financier David Koch told New York magazine he doesn't think President Obama "contributed much at all" to the operation that killed Osama bin Laden, and the military and intelligence agencies deserve all the credit.

"ll that Obama did was say 'yea' or 'nay,' we're going to take him out or not," Koch said, while attending the Society of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Spring Ball on Wednesday evening. He went on:

He just made the decision, it was obvious where the guy is. He was one of the worst terrorists organizing attacks on the United States. I mean, no president in his right mind would not approve that decision to go eliminate him. So he's getting a lot of recognition and his polls have jumped up, but his decision was the easiest of them all. The real hard work was done by the intelligence and the SEALs.
Koch also called Obama a "hardcore socialist" and said "he's scary to me."

politically courageous decision.

The President; also kept his word that he would refocus our military/intelligence energy on going after Bin Laden and actually took that promise to its' full course, unlike his illegitimate predecessor.

He did the job the president is supposed to do on this. He authorized the action. Even if the decision as to when to go in was made based not on Obama's specific instruction but on the intelligence and assessment of the situation by the military, it was Obama's decision that this should be done.

I saw another version of this article that says Koch was "debunking" Obama's involvement. I sure wish there were some basic requirements for those who want to be writers for a living. First, maybe, understanding what different English words mean before attempting to use them.
