Oh, those poor bankers. We'd better give them another tax break.

<snip>

Bankers made $40.1 million in government-backed business loans last month in Wisconsin, down $18 million from the March total but roughly typical for April lending over the last several years.

Among the largest of the 130 loans guaranteed by the U.S. Small Business Administration last month were a total of $3.1 million to Hartford trucking company Zeller Transportation LLC and an affiliated firm, Three Z Properties LLC; $2.1 million to Gopi Hospitality LLC and Kahan LLC, owners of hotels in Port Washington and Hartford; and a total of $1.2 million to Reich Tool & Design Inc., a die-maker and contract machining company in Menomonee Falls.

4. Are you kidding? They're borrowing the money from you and me via the Fed....
...at low interest, then loaning it back to us at higher interest. The government is taking the risk.

All the banks are doing is ADMINISTERING the loan. Is that really worth $40M a month????

5. All you can say is 'willful ignorance'.
It's not a disease for the 'right' only.

7. OK, I read this wrong. My bad. They made loans, not earnings.
