Explain why a right-wing Bushite would give themselves up to a progressive pundit?
Time and time again I see Bush's ex-staff as guest speakers on MSNBC shows with hosts who are staunch lefties. Why would they put themselves under fire when they must know that we know the facts of their major screw up?

3. To keep the lies going
Edited on Thu May-05-11 07:29 PM by steve2470
" All this was inspired by the principle - which is quite true in itself - that in the big lie there is always a certain force of credibility; because the broad masses of a nation are always more easily corrupted in the deeper strata of their emotional nature than consciously or voluntarily; and thus in the primitive simplicity of their minds they more readily fall victims to the big lie than the small lie, since they themselves often tell small lies in little matters but would be ashamed to resort to large-scale falsehoods.

11. She's clueless! How did they put this woman in that position?
She's Bush ideology pure and simple. She took the Iraq bait, hook line and sinker.

7. I don't think Condi's going to defend the administration's actions very well.
There is no rationale for defending why they chose to invade a country that had nothing to do with 9/11 and she knows it. Threatening to end the interview just underscores how weak her position is.

I have no idea why she'd allow herself to be interviewed by Lawrence...it was never going to be a softball Fauxjob.

12. It was horrible. It was obvious that George Bush wanted Sadaam.
It had nothing to do with 9/11. She was very defensive, trying to prove that Saddam was a evil, bad man. It had nothing to do with 9.11. It was a different war.
