2. Sometime running an ad like that forever causes the shock factor
to go away and the point is totally lost.

3. tons of ways
there are two very easy ways to get rid of any ads on the internet. One, get Firefox web browser, and get the ad block extension. Then you can click on the image and make it disappear for good.

another way is to get the opera web browser, and they have an ad blocking plug in too.

If you like internet explorer, there are IE 'shell' browsers that also have built in ad blockers, one example is the Avant browser.

I stopped eating veal when my then GF clued me in to their treatment.

I'm a meat eater, and I really liked it, but I haven't bought or eaten veal since 1990.

When we can afford it, I buy a load of organic meat:

I know it's not what the ad makers want, but I just cant live veggie.

7. Just because one is a meat eater does not mean they cannot have a conscience.
I pay twice as much for eggs as I need to pay because I purchase ones laid by cage free hens. I at least like to know that the animal has some kind of life rather than being packed into a cage and made an egg laying machine.

The same is true of meat from organic and range free animals.

9. Me too...it tastes better too...
..the other thing it has meant is that I eat way more veggies and salad than before because I can't afford as much meat...I have lost weight and I feel better...so it's a win-win!
