Our AP is a woman who has a wife and is very open about her life.

I am so very fortunate that I do not have to listen to so much crap and lies every day. Everyone on our floor of the building except one is so ashamed of W.

We have one teacher that made a comment about how bad it was that Obama dared talk about Trump like he did....all of us around mentioned W's looking for Bin Laden or WMD's She promptly shut up and went in her room.

I tell ya, I couldn't deal with that kind of crazy on a daily basis!

1. I don't really know but
I do know that the Superintendent of my Mom's school district could very well be related to Boner. She's so red, that its impossible for her to get a sun burn.

2. One of my best friends is a lifelong Republican. She'd do anything
for me and I'd do anything for her.

Political affiliation is not how I judge people,it's how they live their lives on a daily basis.

7. You have a good point there. My friend and I rarely talk politics in
depth,we both just nod our heads at eachother and change the subject.

The only thing we ever really argued heatedly about was the Carter amnesty issue, but the friendship lasted and remains to this day.

4. Most of my staff over the years have been good liberals. I had an
employee years ago who was a fundie, but not overtly political. And then there was the girl who was raised JW but wasn't much into it.

I like to talk current events/politics. I'd go nuts if I had to listen to Limpball's memos being recited.

9. mostly it is talk while we are in the hallways during passing periods
I don't discuss MY politics with my students, to this day, they do not know how I vote. I work very hard at being neutral in my classroom.

10. my mom is outraged that my Lady AP has a wife
she thinks it is wrong for people with same sex partners to be teaching or in administrative positions. I tried to reason with her but she is "old school Baptist" and just won't listen to anything.

She would totally flip if I told her the girls PE teacher is also in a relationship with a same sex partner
