STATES need to tax wealthy since Congress extended W tax cuts 4 rich
this would likely require each State voting for it, but since an 80% or so agree that the wealthy need to begin sharing the burden. Just a quick post as a response to the news I just saw..........possible cut to end a Police Academy School! Alongside cuts that eliminate more teachers, police, firefighters, etc.

1. The thing is the states are competing for businesses based on tax rates.
We will see if raising rates works or not in IL.

2. We raised it a couple % on the rich here
And they were threatening to leave the state. But it squeaked by anyway. It has to be a national thing. Or they just threaten to leave- or stay away.
