How do you feel about the terrorist watch list?

1. The list is a terrible idea.

If a 'terrorist' is a suspect, why in the hell would we want them to know it? And most of the people on that list can't be reasonably modeled as terrorists. Furthermore, there's no way to ~remove~ your name if you find out you're on it. And attempting to push the issue of having your name removed would only serve to appear that you had something to hide (!).

This one's up there with 'bring your doctor a chicken'.

2. one would hope the the government would have some form of list somewhere internally

to track dangerous ppl, but the ham fisted and idiotic way bushco did it was stupid. see "no fly list"
