Edited on Wed May-18-11 12:42 PM by leftyladyfrommo

1. If he's elected President and Texas takes his suggestion and |
|
secedes from the union, does he send in troops or let them go?

8. Oh dear, judging from the last Texan in the White House, I'd plead |
|
and beg and cry for you to keep your politicians at home. I know it's a heavy cross to bear, but think of the children!

What is it with Texas? Too much sun? Air too hot? Tumbleweeds? People swallow too much dust?

17. Oh! You're wanting him to run and not win. |
|
If you can guarantee that outcome, I'm with you. It's just that I really believed GWB had not a chance. SCOTUS would not be adverse to aiding and abetting again, I'm sure.
If he can be nailed to the political wall, please do it before he makes it to the national stage. Please?

6. Imagine the slogan. Rick Perry 2012: He screwed up Texas worse than Bush |
|
Edited on Wed May-18-11 01:11 PM by Lone_Star_Dem
As if that should make him uniquely qualified to run for President of the United States. Who knows? It did work for Bush after all, and Perry has done more harm to the state than Bush ever managed. Then there is the fact Ricky Goodhair claims to have slain a coyote with his trusty sidearm while he was out running. Maybe he can do a whole Roadrunner and Wile E. Coyote themed campaign?
The problem is, Texas Republicans would vote for an armadillo if it had a -R- after its name. The ego dominated Ricky Goodhair relies very heavily on not actually having to do anything to retain his seat. I'm not sure he's up for all the time and effort a Presidential campaign would demand.

9. *Is* that bad. And, yes, he is. |
|
Part of it is the simple fact that he's been the Governor of Texas for a decade now. He's had more time to do damage.

Having good hair seems to be extremely important.
Have we ever had a bald president? I can't remember - well, Ike, I guess. I was pretty young. Seems to me like he didn't have much hair.

12. His ego is as big as his hair so he's waiting to be begged |
|
to enter the race. When they beg, and they will, he will jump in saying he's doing it not because he wants to, but the country needs him. Bookmark it.
