I don't see Arnold coming back into movies as a major star again |
|
Edited on Wed May-18-11 07:00 PM by quinnox
Ok, he still looks good, but come on, the guy is in his 60s, and his huge musclebound body days are far behind him. He is maybe half the size body wise he was back then. I can't see him being an action star at this stage in his life. What is he going to do in movies, serious drama roles? LOL, please.
I don't see any kind of major career for him in the movies, at least no longer in front of the camera, maybe he is going to become a big producer or director or something not in front of the camera, maybe thats what he means by getting back into the business.

Odd how he can make so many movies when no one wants his "jew hating ass"
Sadly it seems plenty are more than happy to continue working with him. I doubt Ahnold will be any different.

34. also what Mel Gibson did would be seen as worse |
|
while a guy cheating on his wife would not be anything to hold someone back in hollywood. so if people including big names like Jodie Foster are still willing to work with Gibson the same would be true with ARnold.

Interesting that both of those have female directors. I guess he still has friends in the business. He won't miss my moviegoing dollars, I'm sure.

13. Did you see Stallone in that last Rambo movie? |
|
The guy was 62 or something and looked an action figure. It's crazy what training (and drugs) can do for a person these days.
I think Schwarzeneggar would still be a huge box office draw, personally. The last thing people remember him for is True Lies, and that movie is widely loved.

16. A 60+ Live Action Hero?? |
|
I thought the reason he got into poleetix was cause his value in Hollywood had dropped. Supporting roles, yes, but I don't see him as a marquee draw any longer...womanizing or no womanizing. The movie medium has changed since 1990. He's got as much box office appeal as Chuck Norris and Steven Segall...and haven't seen them packing in the theaters for a long while.
