I think another argument for bringing the Guard home
(along with all the other troops) is the fact of these horrific storms and how we need the money and resources here to help us and keep us safe in disaster. Also to free up funds for rebuilding. I know we could have used more National Guard folks when we had all the flooding in Iowa some years back.

2. It seems only common sense though common sense
seems to be in short supply in the U.S. Hopefully this will change.
