And the Republicans controlled the House of Representatives. That means no one can dictate what the other side must do. There has to be compromise. That is the way it is set up. That is what the Founders intended. Could someone tell Mitch McConnell, Eric Cantor, and John Boehner that they are not in the majority and they cannot force people to do everything they want. That is just the way it is. It's too bad they have to be reminded...
