Worst case: Weiner tweeted a naughty (but not obscene) picture that he intended to send in a Twitter private message to another adult. Best case: Somebody used a feature in yfrog that makes it easy to send a tweet from a mobile phone while posing as someone else.
Either way... who cares (except, maybe, Weiner's wife)? I felt the same way about the Republican rep who texted the shirtless photo. Guys can be stupid. Move on.

(and I, personally, don't care) it could have been intended as a playful tease for his wife. After all, he's a newlywed (married last July, I think) and I remember similar friskiness in my marriage. IF he took the picture, perhaps he is trying to avoid further embarrassment to his bride. 'Either way' is right. Who really cares? Just the prudes and the RW, who'll do anything to take down a true liberal.
