20. these scores do not indicate much ability.
not that SAT scores mean very much. they are not an indicator of college success or success in other parts of one's life.

4. SSN has a code to it, quick test would be to see if that redicated SSN is in Alaska.
Easy enough to fake though but it'd at least prove any fakesters did their homework...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sarah_Palin

Palin played flute in the junior high band, then attended Wasilla High School where she was the head of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes,<10> and a member of the girls' basketball and cross country running teams.<19>

***That said, I'm tired of Palin stories.

14. If that is a fake why didn't anyone get ahold of her real SAT scores.
And I just read that she went to a very low level school which would coincide with the SAT scores that are above.

It is hard to believe that a person of average intelligence would get basic history facts wrong so much of the time.

16. As per her honor roll meaning anything...I was not a high school honor student but
my grades and IQ would say otherwise. There is a partial requirement of teacher approval. Either a certain percentage of teachers need to vote for you or a certain number can kick you off. I might be aging myself.

So outspoken me was not inducted. And the fucking principal called my mother to make sure she knew it.

It was hurtful at that age to know that you were not liked by the teachers.

29. I don't understand the Snopes entry
Why would this have to be an "obvious" fake of this New Jersey's woman's College Board report? Tens of thousands of students from that era received identical forms. It may be a fake, but I don't know why it would necessarily be a fake of THAT woman's report.

Maybe my brain is failing. I got excellent SAT scores (back in the 60s), but I'm pretty slow now.

and 38% in Math. Puts here about in the top 2/3! WTG Sarah!

19. A combine score of 841 on the SAT as a senior is not doing well.
Palin appears to have been below the average for her college bound peers.

I have no desire to make Palin look stupid. I can believe she made good grades in high school. I don't want to degrade another woman today. I just don't want her as president.

23. While I am absolutely no fan of
Sarah Palin, the extremely low scores simply send alarm bells ringing for me. The do appear fake.

Not to mention, how well or poorly someone does in high school may not be important 25 years down the road. Every been to a high school reunion?

I am stunningly average and wanted to go to college. A's and only a few B's in school but below 800 on the SAT after 2 tries. I could run rings around Sarah Palin in the smarts department. That woman is lucky if she could top 700 on the SATs.
