dropped .30 cents then when oil went up a little bit it went back up .30 cents. I fucking hate price fixers, but no one in the justice system seems to want to do anything about it.

because the buyers for those stations bought the gas at a much higher price than the price they would pay now. If they don't sell it at a higher price, they'll eat the loss.

If that was true then why do they always ay that the price is based on what it will take to refill their supplyy. It can't work one way and differently when they want to keep the [price up.
