We're pretty lucky in Oregon's 4th. Lot's of good local organic food choices, good local beer, a decent music scene and our congressional delegation voted against renewal of the Patriot crack. Now if we could just get some sunshine...:hi:

44. Cory Gardner
Accessibility is limited to constituents who are Republicans in good standing, he's not even pretending otherwise. His most strenuous effort is that of making sure his toes are glued firmly to the party line, his lips firmly attached to Boehner's butt. And he was a proud original sponsor of that heinous bill that sought to redefine rape.

I consider myself very fortunate in that Texas redistricting took me out of the district of Pete Sessions (by a few feet) and she beat that tea party nutcase Broden (?)in the last election. It could be a bit better, but it could be a whole lot worse.

59. CA-46 and even Republicans think Dana Rohrabacher is a joke
Edited on Sun Jun-05-11 04:28 AM by Sen. Walter Sobchak
It takes unbelievable dedication by the Democratic Party to consistently find worse candidates. The Republicans threw him overboard in 2006 and 2008 and still he won!

How you ask?

Well, in 2008 he ran against professional dilettante Debbie Cook, quite possibly the most unlikeable woman in the entire state of California. And this past election we ran a guy named Ken Arnold who was basically Basil Marceaux with teeth. And in 2006 he ran against some .com millionaire who didn't actually campaign.

Basically, CA-46 is represented by Dean Hodes from Weeds.

If he wasn't so naturally stupid, people would swear he was stoned. Every time I have seen him in public he could have been mistaken for a vagrant.

My dad calls him "Otis the Town Drunk" making him the only sitting republican my father can describe without the use of profanity.
