Pelosi and the debt.
Since she became Speaker, our debt has gone up over $5 trillion. Yet she says that her Congress was about reducing the debt? Politicians boggle the mind. The sad thing is, I think she believes what she said.

4. Putting the wars on the books
The Bush Administration financed the wars with emergency funding, which supposedly is done outside of the actual budget. The Obama Administration did not, and put them in the budget where they belonged. That and the loss of revenue and greater need for government services due to the Great Recession are the main reasons that we have so much debt.

8. that right there is 3 plus trillion
to the OP, your logic is flawed and lame, 60% is due to creative accounting by Bush that was corrected. Add decreased revenue due to down turn and you are below a trillion. So fucking explain why you are calling her out for 20%! Which is exactly what a fucking REPUKE does, focus on the 20%!

10. "So fucking explain why you are calling her out for 20%!"
If I concede the other, it's still 2 mother fucking trillion dollars! And, as a speaker with majorities in both houses since 2006, yes, it is the Dems fault as much, if not more, than the repubs.

12. No you can't comprehend basic math
20% of 5 is not two.

5 x 90% = 4.5
5 x 80% = 4
5 x 70% = 3.5
5 x 60% = 3
5 x 50% = 2.5
5 x 40% = 2

So you can spout your bullshit but if you can't get your basic math and facts straight then it is just mother fucking bullshit!

7. Obama and the Democratic congress copped to owning the war--
* did not, and the war funding was off the books because of it.

13. yes, her favored policies would've reduced the growth of the debt
she was against the Iraq War which is costing us a fortune

she was in favor of increasing taxes on the wealthy

she was opposed to the Bush tax cuts

she was opposed to the Medicare prescription drug plan which ended up giving the gov't no power to negotiate

all these things add up

what you're blaming her for is not getting her way...and it's true, she did not get her way.

unrecommended.
