Business idea: The Smoking Lounge

Since hospitals now have campus wide smoking bans, how about buying a low priced inner city home close to the hospital and operating a smoking lounge-- your customers will be employees and visitors at the hospital.

You can charge a membership fee and a one-time use fee.

Install a cigarette vending machine, a coffee and soda vending machine, your members have a key card and the security guy at the front of the door will take the one day admission and hand stamp the visitors.

Close for a couple hours to air the place out and clean up, restore the bathrooms etc.

Great idea for areas with very cold winters.
