Shouldn't Ginny and Clarence Thomas be investigated for tax evasion?

Clarence Thomas said she had no income for several years, when in fact she did. Not only should he recuse himself from cases involving causes his wife was paid to advocate on behalf of, he should be impeached for lying about it his wife's income.

And, if she didn't report her income to the IRS, she should be going to prison. And, if it was a joint tax return they filed, they both should be going to prison.

The form being discussed is a disclosure form required for public officials, not an income tax return. It would seem that Ms. Thomas's employer would have reported her income to the IRS, so it would be tough to leave it off their returns.

for being part of a judicial influence-peddling scheme with his bagger wife. That man should not be serving as a night-court judge in Mattoon, Illinois, much less on the SCOTUS.
