Fact: Breitbart is a sleazy, lying, cheating, piece of crap. |
|
He IS a dick, who gets his rocks off destroying people through lies and deceptions. That is what we KNOW about him. He does it openly, in public. I don't want to think about what he must do in private. I would bet money he participates in the most disgusting, sleazy, sexual activities imaginable.
He needs to shut the fuck up. (Especially if that syphilis rumor is true.)

Unfortunately for me, since I vigorously defended Weiner, he is a repugnant asshole that also told the truth.

Even a broken clock is right twice a day.
Imo, there is nothing to defend, though. I don't know anyone who hasn't said or written something inappropriate in private at some point. And I have yet to to meet one single human being who readily admits to it when caught. I don't even consider what he did cheating. It is sexual fantasy that damn near all of us participate in in some form. Modern technology and some really ugly people have made this into what it is.
But then, it is his wife who should be the judge. And only his wife.

has before. This time he lucked out and he will use this forever to try to legitimize himself. Which is why his whole sick, dirty organization needs to be thoroughly exposed because now he will go even further in his pursuit of destroying 'liberals'.
Weiner must have known they were after him. I can't even begin to understand the sheer stupidity of what he was doing. Even ordinary people, like me eg, know better than to ever, ever put something online that someone could use against me. It's just too risky.
Which leads me to conclude that he has a problem of some sort, or once they get into these power positions, so many of them seem feel untouchable. Maybe someone should start giving Democrats courses on how to never forget that Andrew Breitbart et al are always searching for dirty laundry, so make sure you don't leave any lying around.
I am dumbfounded that one of the smartest Democrats, did something so completely stupid, and he better hope those women were all of legal age because it looks like at least one of them may have been a plant all along.

With Barack Hussein Obama in the White House and an election year around the corner, the scrutiny was bound to be 1000% more intense from the (R) pea-brains and no-nothings.
The Repugs are prepping for this election as if were a war -- and certainly is a WAR. They want to END Medicare for crying out loud, and that's just for starters...
Sorry, but we progressives need to be doing the same kind of preparation with SERIOUS FOCUS. Weiner, for example, really disappointed me deeply.
Make no mistake, Breitbart is, first and foremost, an excellent political operative of the Right. He gets paid for the slime he puts out. His incentive? The mucho dinero he gets from spreading such filth via rado, TV, and Net.
Breitbart's role is to deflect, distract and incite --- so disgusting.....it is no coincidence, IMHO, that this latest story burst through when it did. It's 12pm in Hell-A, and Weiner and his weiner are all over my TV screen and radio waves....nothing else....so sad, so crazy making!
Dear sensible Congressmen and Congresswomen - PLEASE ish or get off the pot. Seriously. The rest of us have REAL work to do in this country.
Obama is no saint by any means - as disappointing as he has been to some here on DU, it must be acknowledged that his opponents are as much a polar opposite as one can get!
That is nothing but bad, bad, bad.
Enough with the stupid America, it's time to get serious.

You can target him in other ways, and I might support them. Pies, poop in flaming bags on his doorstep, whatever.
But you can't blame Breitbart for Weiner's foolishness.
If Weiner felt the need to publicly confess today, I would hope he would have had the good sense to say something like yeah I sexted and sent pictures of my schlong, but the Republicans are trying to sodomize the American People in the following ways: Fact, fact, fact.
If you're going to go down in flames, at least let those flames illuminate something that leaves your political principles standing.

I was making an observation about a man of the lowest character who has done nothing (that I know of) to advance the human race. He's not the kind of guy who fixes things or helps people. He destroys at every turn. That is what he does.
There is not a man or woman alive that can't be taken down if someone like Breitbart sets out to destroy them.

Shit you may as well ask what does Julian Assange do? He doesn't fix things or help people. He just destroys at every turn. That's what he does.
So please describe the relative merits of Andrew Breitbart versus Julian Assange.
Scoundrels for the unwelcome news, it would seem. Both alike?

... beats any lie you can invent.
There is a cavernous gulf between breitbart and assange. Mentioning their names in the same sentence is lunacy and an absurd false equivalency. On the one hand I see a political operative willing to say or do or se up anything to try to win some disgusting politcal victory for the lowest most selfish, conniving, mad, and idiotic low road in modern history. On the other a flawed idealist who believes in the truth and that no government is above its people.
If you cannot distinguish between the two then you are on the wrong board my friend.

For all Breitbart knew, a rich online fantasy life may have been perfectly acceptable to Weiner's wife - the only one who gets to say. There are marriages like that. There are also therapists who consider it therapeutic for some relationships.
