I have come to one conclusion about voting for Democrats |
|
It is far safer to vote for women candidates with a "D" after their names than a man.
Bill Clinton made it to the highest office in the land, and he celebrated by having a woman intern get a bit over-friendly. Why?
Now Anthony Weiner is showing us that his term of duty in the House was so dull and boring that to keep up the risk/thrills factor, he had to twitter his crotch.
Meanwhile someone like Barbara Boxer has taken on major players, like Big Pesticide firms and also the price-fixing inside the DoD, and she gets little mention at all.
Again, I ask WHY?

2. It wouldn't bug me so much except that |

I came of age between the 1969-1975 era, and us women were told we couldn't run for office because our menstrual cycles would drive us crazy and we would make bad, bad decisions.
And oh, of course, we might get pregnant while in office.
