1. Help with what?

The thread you linked to had only been up for 17 minutes when you posted this. I'm sure it will get lots of replies. On the other hand, if you have a specific reason for asking for help, you could post that reason.

2. The original thread is in the GBLT forum. I imagine a lot of people
who check out GD would be willing to send an expression of disapproval to Chik-A-Fil-A if they knew the story, but they don't go to GBLT so they won't see the story. I'm trying to steer traffic to the original thread.

3. Looking at the thread, it's really unclear whether the corporate
Chik-Fil-A entity was involved in that sponsorship. If it was just a franchisee who did it, then going after the corporate entity seems a little like overkill. Shouldn't people wait until the information is actually available?

Email campaigns can be effective, but only if they're directed to the entity that's responsible. That responsibility is not clear here.

4. In the area of GBLT rights, I'm a firm believer in a pre-emptive strike.
Regardless of whether this was an individual franchise or the corporation, money talks. The more people who comment to the head office, the more likely the head office is to tell the franchises to back away from anti-gay activities.

6. The information is readily available.
Chik a Fil is also a supporter of Focus on the Family. Look at this from 2005, here at DU:

Here's a notice for some fun family hate events they sponsored last year.
