1. Even though I'm in a diffeent county than Rep. Hastings, I have left

a message for him. I love the guy, and the Democratic Party in Florida is useless, as you all can tell by our recent elections...gasp...Something needs to be done and since I'm retired I want to get down and dirty about this. FL Dems are a sad, non-motivated group. Perhaps the years of Jebbie have taken the wind out of their sails but still, very, very disappointing. Alex Sink ran a very poor campaign, stayed in the north of Florida for the most part. Will let you know if I should hear back from him. I met him once, mentioned I was originally from Jersey and he shocked me with his knowledge of the State, who their pols had been for years, etc.
