1. I watched and found it very boring.
John Doofus King actually asked this question of Rick Santorum: "Leno or Conan?"
God help us.

4. What does that even mean?
I am so glad I am not watching.

6. Each candidate got to answer a "fun" question.

8. Well, good thing I'm not watching, then.
Doubt I could handle that much "fun.":) Just sounds pathetic to me.

15. I could only watch it for awhile before coming back to DU for the real action!

7. Leno or Conan, which he preferred
couldn't even answer that one.

11. A more appropriate question for Ricky would have been:
"Fred Phelps or Michael Savage?"

3. Watched for a bit. Wasn't all that impressed overall.
Romney seemed to avoid answering every question and instead, attacked Dems in general and President Obama in particular.

Herman Cain and Ron Paul seemed to be the most direct in their answers while Newt reminded me of a college professor.

9. NOT a serious one among them
very depressing when I think of the old days and then even the republicans had candidates that weren't so stupid and nutty. It makes me so depessed about this country. :-(

10. "Palin: She's Smarter than Us Other Republicans!" probably won't help the GOP much

12. Yes, she would have...
...Because the conservative lapdogs would have given a standing ovation to anything she did or said. There would be hundreds of threads on Freeperville tonight stating how Palin "hit a GRAND SLAM out of the park home run tonight!", weeping about how she's "exactly what our lost country needs right now", etc. Even if she had a booger hanging out of her nose during the entire debate, they would have spun it into a "total win for Sarah".
