Congressmen sue Obama over Libya involvement
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-13785073

The link is to a BBC article.

Basically, a group of congresspersons from both parties have filed suit regarding Obama's actions with respect to Libya. Kucinich is involved along with Roscoe Bartlett, an uberconservative from rural western Maryland.

1. Kucinich is consistent
No problem there, but Roscoe Barlett almost surely supported Bush's action in Iraq. Any Republicans signing on are doing it for all the wrong reasons.

I am due beer and travel money, but the only reason that matters is it is about justice and compassion, otherwise I would have just gone to work, and not stood up for what I can best reason and feel is better ideas.

And vengeance is not that important to me, but it is a part of justice, although I hope for compassion with that justice, but that is just the way I am.

Although beer and travel money will be sent.

3. And to think that just over a year ago...
all the DU'ers were railing against Cindy Sheehan for calling Obama a war criminal:

So is Kucinich going to get the same "he needs help" replies? or are DU'ers able to smell the coffee now?

Seems like Obama is not complying with a pretty straightforward law:
