The only way we'll stop the Right is to act like the people of Tunisia, Greece, Egypt and Spain. |
|
We can't do it through elections alone, folks. The system is too rigged against the non-wealthy majority. It's come to building a culture of resistance. And fast.
We have to learn from what's happening in places like Greece and Spain in particular, from the factory takeovers in Argentina a few years ago...we can't depend on any politicians anymore.
Not sure how to do it, but we have to find something new, and fast.
The reactionaries have paralyzed and coopted the president we elected, and we have to move beyond the limits of supporting a party. That's the only way to keep from being totally dominated for the rest of the way in.
