Gov. Rick Scott is backing off his policy of requiring drug testing of state workers, according to a report by the News Service of Florida. The governor's office attributed the move to a pending lawsuit from the American Civil Liberties Union of Florida.

Scott ordered one agency - the Department of Corrections - to continue to move forward and implement the policy.

3. He passed the ownership to the wife when he was elected.
The company currently specializes in drug testing people who will be taking a mandatory drug test. This is so the person knows if they will pass the mandatory one. Many of the customers have to take multiple tests until they pass, then they go take the mandatory one.

4. So it is legal to drug test needy people who need welfare?
I heard he wanted to charge them $80 to take his drug test and then if they "pass" they get the money back eventually. If they cannot afford the test, then they do not get financial assistance.
