It seems that Rep. Paul Ryan stands to make quite a bit money with provisions he put in his budget legislation. This is a direct violation of of The House of Representatives code of ethics. subsequent petition requests on that site, after acting on the Ryan petition, though.

After signing the 'Investigate Ryan' petition to Boehner, I got a request to back 'Students First', which is an Americans For Prosperity attack on Teachers Unions. I got burned by Care2 on this issue already. The repugs are sliming their way into the site with their astroturf issues, and I inadvertently signed this 'S F' petition once before.

As a result, I am getting spam from AFP, Bachmann, Breitbart, and some other whack job repugs. Caveat emptor on the subsequent petitions.
