On the NY vote for Gay Marriage...
First and foremost, congratulations are due for NY.

I have always said that love knows no bounds, it is love and a wonderful feeling comes from the emotion. No person has the "right" to say who can be loved, the joy of love is universal and if we had a lot more of it, the world would be a better place.

Yes, there can be heartbreak involved, but that is certainly not limited to the GLBT community, but those moments of intimacy that bring us together as human beings, whether conversation, the warmth of a cuddled body, the understanding of one another gives us an edge that other primates appear to lack..

Let us celebrate the love that others have for each other, the walking hand in hand, the stolen kiss, the soulful look into each others eyes...and embrace it...love after all, is one of the most powerful emotions we possess.

May we all find our soul mates, may we move forward together with them...thank you NY

2. I hope you don't mind, but I adapted this for my facebook status
The joy of love is universal and if we had more of it, the world would be a better place. Those moments that bring us together, whether conversation, the warmth of a cuddled body, a gentle hug, the understanding of one another, carry us through good times and bad. Congratulations to the citizens of New York, who yesterday passed a law allowing those finding love with another, whether straight or gay, to be married.
