John Stewart mocked a Republican who compared same sex marriage to the Republican's neighbor "marr(ying) a box turtle."

I believe the exact Stewart quote is, "Oh, I see: So, two straight parents is better than one straight parent, which is still better than two gay parents which is somehow equivalent to a guy screwing a box turtle."
