What's the latest on Vermont's single payer health care? |
|
When it was about to pass there was a lot of news about this. Then as far as I know it did pass and was signed (at least the last articles I was able to find through Google said it did). And that's where the article/paper trail in the news seems to end as far as I can find. Maybe I'm just typing in the wrong search words.
So where is this at? Is it in place? Will it take some time to get set up? What are the next steps?
Much appreciated, and thanks in advance.

1. That's because everyone in Vermont died right after it was passed. |

The death panels were a little trigger happy.
Edit to add the :sarcasm:

When will more people start to be covered?
The other thing I don't understand was....didn't they already have something like this? Wasn't one of the big right wing and conservative Democrat smears against Dean the fact that some form of health care overhaul happened on his watch?
