The Rethugs/Tea Baggers have no ideas except stop the left ( which really isn't even Left anymore). They sold their message better than the Left did and their message is simply - Oppose all things Democrat!
It's the marketing game that we're losing not the ideas game. They're better salesmen/women. They planted it like a seed and let it grow by playing on peoples fear of the unknown/terrorists attacks/taxes/dudes kissing/non-Christians/Mexicans taking our shitiest jobs/Abortions in every home/Obama coming their home and taking away their rocket launchers/if have health care for all, we will all die/etc

We need to plant our own seeds...buy some ads during a NASCAR event that are subtle...not the ones the scream "turn that liberal noise off" or pro worker bumper stickers that, again, don't hit people over the head. Small, slow stuff and then build from there.
We have all the ideas and are right on every issue - WE JUST CAN'T MARKET IT WORTH A FLYING FUCK!
