Sarah Palin, the Tea Party and their gun theme.
Let's compile a list of every gun and violence related rhetoric of these people. This has been their theme. Let's show how prevalent it has become since the election of President Obama.

Let's make it easy for the media to acquire a list of the gun-related references. Perhaps someone in the media will pick it up. We can hope.

This needs to be addressed and the politicians and citizens of the US need to let it be known that the people who use this rhetoric will be called out.

Sarah Palin:

"The crossfire is intense, so penetrate through enemy territory by bombing through the press, and use your strong weapons -- your Big Guns -- to drive to the hole. Shoot with accuracy; aim high and remember it takes blood, sweat and tears to win,"

"No matter how tough it gets, never retreat, instead RELOAD!"

Michelle Bachmann:

"And really now in Washington, I’m a foreign correspondent in enemy lines. And I try to keep everyone back here in Minnesota know exactly the nefarious activities that are taking place in Washington. <...>

I want people in Minnesota armed and dangerous on this issue.."

Jesse Kelly (Rep. Gifford's opponent):

"Get on Target for Victory in November. Help remove Gabrielle Giffords from office. Shoot a fully automatic M16 with Jesse Kelly."

Tea Party sign:

“Warning: If Brown can’t stop it, a Browning can,” referring to Sen. Scott Brown (R-MA) and a Browning firearm (rally attended by Reps. Michele Bachmann, Mike Pence and Steve King)

2. Sarah Palin Sticks to Her Guns, and Gun Imagery, in Message to Supporters
from Politics Daily, 9 months ago ~ pinto

Palin's message did not overtly mention President Obama or health care reform, but its wink-wink tone, italicized passages about weapons, and quotes referencing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi made it clear Palin was attempting to satirize accusations that she has been inciting Tea Party protesters to violence.
