Republicans dropped all their social crap (collective bargaining gutting, abortion stuff, stem cell research) and while revenue will be up, it's not from taxes; it's from raiding the tobacco settlement fund and delaying payments to schools. It just kicks the can down the road for two more years; hopefully we can take back the legislature in 2012 and send up a good budget for Dayton to sign.

and no tax cuts was what it really was about for them so they considered that Dayton caved and they won.
Let's all hope that doesn't happen in Washington.
