Pamela Geller was funding Neo Nazi Hate Groups in Europe and planned a "crusade" across Europe.

Members of the English Defence League, who Geller has only just stopped promoting

“The SIOA/SIOE Freedom From Jihad aid flotilla is intended to be a direct response to the capitulation of French, European, and American authorities to Leftist and Islamic supremacist forces of oppression and injustice,” the SIOA announcement says. “The mission is the first attempt by free citizens anywhere in the world to come to the aid of non-Muslims persecuted for their faith in Muslim countries.”

Traveling much the same path that the Crusaders did, the SIOA/SIOE flotilla will stop in Greece, sail along the Turkish coast, and stop in Egypt – where, according to Geller and Spencer’s announcement, “All Coptic Christians seeking to escape Islamic oppression will be saved.” It will also visit Nigeria, Pakistan, Indonesia “and other areas where Christians are facing persecution from Muslims, they said. The expansive itinerary even includes stops in Bangladesh (to help Hindus) and Thailand (to help Buddhists).

Roberta Moore, head of the EDL’s Jewish Division, was to have joined Spencer, Geller, SIOE Director Anders Gravers, and others on Saturday at the now-cancelled Strasbourg rally. But just yesterday, Moore quit her position at the EDL. In an open letter posted on the EDL’s Facebook page, she wrote, “While we are aware that the EDL is doing a fantastic job, … there are elements within that have hijacked the EDL for their own Nazi purposes. I do not wish to be part of it any longer.” The EDL’s fascist tendencies were already well known to most people.

3. And the shooter was apparently a fan of hers
http://www.loonwatch.com/2011/07/pamela-geller-and-co-connected-to-norway-bomber-anders-behring-breivik/

We’ve been screaming from the top of our lungs about how these crazed radical anti-Muslim Islamophobes are inciting violence through their hate-mongering. Anders Breivak, arrested as a suspect in the attack has written glowingly of SIOE, the EDL and Charles Johnson of LGF reports that he had a link with Fjordman who was a guest writer on Geller’s blog. . . .

UPDATE 1, Saturday, July 23, 12:16 a.m. EDT: Blogger Charles Johnson of Little Green Footballs is reporting that the Oslo bombing/shooting suspect, Anders Behring Breivik, posted often on a Norwegian anti-immigration site and recommended a post by the prominent anti-Muslim blogger Pamela Geller, who spearheaded the US drive against the planned “Ground Zero mosque.” (We’ve previously covered her activities here, here, here, here, and here.) LGF also asserts a link between Breivik and one of Geller’s guest bloggers, Fjordman.

Geller responded on her own website: “This is just a sinister attempt to tar all anti-jihadists with responsibility for this man’s heinous actions…this is war. And the left is vicious, amoral and depraved. They mean to win, and that is the only way they know how.”

4. And they're both big fans of Geert Wilders

<Breivik> recently claimed that politics today was not about socialism vs. capitalism but nationalism vs. internationalism. He argued on a Swedish news website that the media were not critical enough about Islam claiming that Geert Wilders‘ Party for Freedom in the Netherlands was the only “true” party of conservatives. Which lends the lie to Wilders claim not to engender hatred.

The Dutch government has launched a damage-limitation campaign to try to counter what it fears is the disastrous international impact of the Islam-bashing populist Geert Wilders. Wilders, whose success in June’s general election catapulted him into the role of kingmaker in attempts to form a new coalition government, is to travel to New York to take part in protests on 11 September against the proposed Muslim community centre near Ground Zero (staged by the anti-Muslim bigot Pamela Geller).

9. Breivik:"politics today was not about socialism vs. capitalism but nationalism vs. internationalism"
The European far-right doesn't seem dedicated to promoting capitalism unlike our teabaggers. While they rail against "multicultural marxism" (some fear of international unity of workers of different nationalities and races?), they seem quite accepting of the welfare state, the social safety net and high tax rates - issues that set our teabaggers' hair on fire.

The European far-right seems more focused on promoting nationalism which they believe has suffered due to "internationalization" (the EU, the UN, the WTO, the ICC, etc.?), though it's not clear to me what that term means to them in terms of travel, immigration and trade.
