Cenk Should be picked up by Current TV...What are the chances?
Current should build it's "liberated" commentator programing. After Oberman's move there it would be nice to see them welcome Cenk.

Anybody heard anything along these lines?

1. It's Just Not Hiring Cenk...
...it's also hiring a staff to put the show together. Right now Current has a lot invested in getting Keith's show established and to get the channel on more cable systems that would help increase revenues. I'm betting Cenk becomes a "special correspondant" on Keith's show.

2. On his interview on Keith Olbermann, KO said at the end....
Edited on Mon Jul-25-11 08:07 AM by Armstead
..."We'll talk later" (or words to that effect) with a knowing tone.

I suspect there is ta least consideration going on for if not a show a relationship as a contributor on some basis.

5. That's what I heard, too, and I immediately got a gut feeling
Keith meant it exactly in that way, that they'll be contacting Cenk for an own show. I'm glad I wasn't the only one who thought that way.

6. Me too
I think Olbermann's words may have been, "We'll be in touch."

But whatever the precise phrasing, it definitely wasn't part of the interview, and it wasn't just a "you'll have to come on again." It was addressed directly to Cenk and said in a tone that implied an ongoing negotiation between them.

7. Good To Hear... I Have Nothing Against Sharpton, But I Just Can't Watch
him. His voice and talk overs drive me nuts! Haven't watched him in over a week.

Sorry, but I did like Cenk better and I really liked his YouTube comments. At least some may have gotten the message about MSM and how some of them pick & choose.
