Funny, I don't recall any bi-partisan agreement being presented to the president this weekend. I recall Boehner walking out of meetings on Friday , a short meeting on Satureay and then each party working separately to come up with something the rest of the weekend.

Doesn't seem to me that McConnell is being exactly truthful here
