Bristol Palin moves into new house in Arizona
Source: http://www.radaronline.com/exclusives/2011/01/exclusive-bristol-palin-moves-new-arizona-home

Bristol Palin and her son Tripp have moved into their new house in Maricopa, Arizona, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

With some calling it the house Dancing With The Stars bought, Bristol took title to the five bedroom, 4,000 sq. ft. home for $172,000. She paid cash for the house that had sold for almost twice that much just three years earlier.

And before her bags are even unpacked, Bristol has her first job offer. Phoenix radio station Mix 96.9 has offered Sarah Palin's daughter the opportunity to be the sidekick for morning show host Mathew Blades.

"I think Bristol's outlook on life is probably different than mine, and that contrast could be interesting to listen to," Blades said.

Bristol could certainly make for controversial radio, especially in light of the mass shooting that took place 100 miles away from her new home in Tucson.

As RadarOnline.com has been reporting, Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords and 19 others were shot Saturday. Six died in the rampage. Giffords had been one of the Representatives listed on Sarah Palin's highly controversial 'crosshairs" map, targeting Congressional candidates the former Alaska governor wanted defeated in the mid-term elections.

8. How fortunate for her to be able to take advantage of someone else's misfortune.
And to not have to be subject to the mortgage sharks herself.

12. I can't really comment on that
since I got my own home that way back in 1990 when we had a downturn here in the real estate market. I didn't pay cash, though. :)

17. Asked and answered. I felt the same sentiment and was told that she bought it from another out of
state vulture. Chain of grifter fucking vultures.

3. I read it was
I might also mention that Bristol Palin's personality has the excitement and wit of watching paint dry.

I predict the "morning zoo" job will end fairly quickly.

13. Yeah, not only is she verbally inarticulate, her personality is also pretty dang wooden

I don't think she's quite animated enough for radio. All politicking aside I just don't think she's a compelling enough personality.

5. Wow, $172,000 for a 4000 sq. ft. home? That's incredibly
cheap. Are house prices in Arizona really down that much?

11. Thomas Van Flein, Sarah Palin's personal attorney,
has also recently established ties to Arizona, as has a a dentist friend of the Palins from Wasilla. I believe they have both gone to work for a Rep. Gosar from Phoenix area.

Just some kind of odd coincidences.

19. Interesting--Gosar defeated one of the 20 Ds on Palin's hitlist--his autobiography is
on his official House website. at http://gosar.house.gov/about-me

Arizona seems to be ground zero for Palin-type politics, with Gov Brewer "saving" a paltry $1.4 million by letting Medicaid tranplant patients die, the Gestapo-like "Palpers Please" law for the foreign-looking, and a revival of political assassinations after a generation free of them.

I'm sure those would resign from Gosar's office should Palin need them sometime in the future. Right now, they're getting the kink of national-level political training Palin herself sorely lacks.

15. Bristol Palin moving to Arizona two days after a massacre.....
......the root causes of which were undoubtedly influenced indirectly or directly by the the vicious and hateful utterances of various national figures in and out of the media and political realm including her very own mother. This reads like a story out of a Dickens novel. Surreal. Does she (Bristol) have any sensitivity whatsoever for the toxic atmosphere in the state of Arizona at this point? Does she have any training, knowledge, or personality to be a disc jockey or talk show person?

where a mass murder occured that her mother inspired! It's a victory house, that's what it is!

The hard-ass, extremist right-winger sheriff who loves nothing more than to parade his prisoners around in pink underwear, inside huge "tent cities" out in the desert?

22. So nice this heffer has been able to cash in...
On having a baby out of wedlock while preaching abstinence, gained the national spotlight "Dancing with the Stars" for zero dance ability, and now got a morning radio show gig for being a member of the lucky sperm club. God bless America.

Too bad Christina-Taylor Green won't have the same opportunities thanks to loser/quitter/political whores like her mother.

24. Good for her! A single mom, working and providing for her child. No
one forces people to pay/attend when she gives talks on whatever subject. No one forced DWTS producers to put her on their show.

She has moved out of the nest, she is providing for her child, she should be applauded.

Good for her.
