What he did do this week is position his party to take credit for a bill that averts a crisis, cuts more spending than any Democrat ever thought possible, and exposes the White House's insincerity on the deficit and economic prosperity. The Republicans who yesterday undermined bill now bear sole responsibility for whatever political fallout comes next.

Fluff..

1. Fluff? What about propaganda!?
"...he realized that this White House had no intention of agreeing to serious debt reduction and that it cared primarily about tax hikes."

What a bunch of lying bullshit.

3. Didn't get the message
that they must dump Boehner. This actually preserves the Tea Party for all its repulsive bad behavior because it is the sole source of power the RW has for browbeating the airways into caving the Dems. Others, not so much fans of their thugs-of-the-moment, want Boehner to take the fall too, as in any scenario he is now useless except as a dramatic scapegoat to postpone ending the false debate.
